A Better Me, Week 5

Happy Saturday!  I was up bright and early this morning for my weekly weigh-in.  I am down another 3.5 lbs for a total of 15.4 lbs lost so far!  *Happy Dance*

With today's weigh-in, I also met my first goal...5% lost!  Yup, that's a huge achievement and I can't wait for the next milestone.

It's also Day 5 of the 30-day Plank Challenge, which means I get to rest; but I'll be back at it tomorrow for 45 seconds (yikes).  Plank and 5km walk all in one day- I'm gonna be hurting; but I'm sure it'll be a good hurting!
