Woot, woot! I have surpassed the 20 lb mark! With this weeks loss of 1.8 lbs, I'm now down 21.7 lbs total.
I'm so proud of myself. Even my clothes are starting to fit better. I love this!
Sharon and I walked 9.18km this morning. My legs are hurting, but I feel great. Can't wait to do it all again this week.
