It's a gorgeous Saturday morning in Hamilton! I was glad to get out this morning to get weighed. I'm down 1.2 lbs this week. The gap on 50 is closing quickly! I'm at 47.4 lbs lost total and I feel great.
Even being sick this week, I managed to get in some crunches and leg raises as well as a 4km walk on Sunday. I gotta tell ya, exercising when you're sick totally sucks; but I'm glad I did it. Looking forward to getting on the treadmill tomorrow and Monday. I'm working out a plan this week and trying to plan my exercise nights into my schedule. I'm always so busy with kids' stuff and Stampin' Up! that it's a last minute decision as to whether I can fit it in. There's nothing worse that setting out to do an hour on the treadmill at 9pm and then I'm wired and can't go to sleep. Hopefully, by scheduling and planning in advance, I'll be able to better fit exercise into my daily routine.
Well...I'm off to the pool. Not for me, for the kids. The mom chauffeur is never off-duty.
