Oh my, how did the week get away from me. Just a quick post to say I was down .9 lbs at last Saturday's weigh in. I was a little disappointed by this considering I was back on course with my C25K work outs and even bumped up my interval times.
But, a loss is a loss and I'm still doing great. 67.9 lbs lost as of last week. Hopefully, the scale will be kind to me tomorrow.
