That said, I'm back on track this week and rockin' it! It's Tuesday and I've already earned 18 activity points this week and I managed to finish Week 7, day 3 of the C25K program last night...that's a 25 minute run! WOOT! It sucked and I was cursing the whole time. In fact, I wanted to give up around 12 minutes; but, I pushed on knowing I had already done 20 minute runs and 5 more minutes was totally within my reach. I'm looking forward to weigh in on Saturday and getting back in the game.
