Ugh, I was up 1.9 lbs. this week.
I'm upset with myself; but, at the same time, I see how far I've come and a small gain is not the end of the world. It is a wake-up call for me to do better though. I know that we ate a lot of salt last week. Corn on the cob is finally in season and living in farm-country, we get some really GOOD corn here. But what's corn on the cob without butter and salt? Add to that a night at the drive-in with popcorn, no butter, and deep-fried dill pickles and well...I can understand the gain.
I had my pity party and now I'm moving on. I have had a good couple of days and I plan for my week to continue that way. ONEderland is right around the corner and I WILL get there.
