Another Gain?!

How is that even possible?  I'm up 1.7 after today's weigh in.  Here I was thinking I'd had a great week.  I tracked, every day!  I got at least 6 glasses of water in, every day!  I earned 15 activity points, that I didn't touch.  So what gives?
The only thing I can think of is salt.  We had ham for dinner one night and pizza another.  So the sodium content in those two choices alone could be responsible; and, I'm certainly hoping they are.

Despite the gain, I'm not losing faith.  I've rocked the program so far and I'm not giving up now.  After weigh-in, I went for my first hot yoga/Pilates class.  It was great.  I was challenged and I sweat like crazy and I'm sore as hell...but it was AWESOME!  I can't wait to do it again in a couple weeks (I work every-other Saturday).  If anyone local wants to join me, let me know!
