That's right...after several weeks of yo-yo like behaviour, the scale this week is on the right track...DOWN! I lost 1.4 this week. That brings me back to about 90 lbs lost; but, I'll get back to where I was and hit my goal if I continue on this path.
I think a lot of my success this week had to do with drinking enough water and I joined Curves. After losing 90 pounds so far, I have a lot of loose skin and while running has done wonders for my weight loss; it hasn't really helped me tone. That's what I'm hoping Curves will help me do, along with my continuing weight loss.
I've done 3 workouts so far and I've gotta say, they're not as easy as they look. The more you go, the tougher it gets. BUT, I can't wait to go again. I feel so good after a workout. No matter how much I may not want to start, I never regret it once I do.
