Another Drop at the Scale

Woot!  Two weeks in a row for losses.  Looks like I'm finally getting back on track.  I'm down 1.1lbs this week.  I managed to get to the gym twice too, as well as complete the first 8 days of a 30 day squat challenge.  I feel good; but, I'm still not at my fullest yet.  I'm hoping this week gets me there.  I want to see 3 days at the gym along with the squats and maybe even a run thrown in for good measure.  I'll let you now how it goes ;)
