A Tiny Gain

I'm up 1.6 this week.  While it's not an excuse, I do recognize that women tend to retain weight at certain times during the month.  So I'm using that in my reasoning. Well, that, and the fact that I only worked out once this week and I lost my battle against butter tart temptation.  I may have eaten 4 this week 😕.  They were all tracked, but clearly poor food endulgences have consequences.

Today is a new day and a new week.  Can't wait to get back on track and see those numbers going down again next week.
