Another Loss

Four consistent weeks of losses!  Hallelujah!  As of this morning's weigh-in and loss of 1.2 lbs, I'm officially back in ONEderland!  It feels just as good, if not better, than the first time I got here.

It just goes to show that consistency is key!  Not only have I been tracking, EVERYTHING, I've been getting active too.  Monday night I went for a run, Tuesday and Wednesday I went for a 20 min. walk on my lunch break.  The mid-day walk is awesome!  Just when you're starting to burn out in the day, that 20 minutes outside rejuvenates you to keep going.  I also found I was less likely to snack in the afternoon when I got out for that walk.  Thursday and Friday were busy days and yet I managed to meet my 10K step goal without even thinking about it.  So all in all a great week!
